WHAT IS "PTSD" ?

 

The "SECRET" of PTSD is that what people "think" is the cause of PTSD.... is only half of the problem of PTSD!  PTSD is actually caused by one's MIND attempting to "vent" intensely painful emotional energy of early childhood.... that was stimulated by  a relatively recent event that was strong enough to stimulate that early childhood event!  And one's MIND is focusing on the recent event in order to keep the early childhood event a secret!

First of all [I believe] the label is misleading.  " Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" is partly correct... however, what one is experiencing is not due to what one can remember experiencing in recent memory... what is actually causing a person to experience PTSD is the MIND insuring that one's memory of the early childhood trauma  remain hidden!   What happened to that a person in early childhood was intensely frightening,  and his or her MIND is seeking to keep that early childhood memory hidden!

 Why is it that those who are attempting to help vets and others who are experiencing PTSD today not aware of what I just pointed out?   Well the reason goes back to B.F. Skinner in the early 1930's:  And his influence on the field of Psychology.

The sad part about B.F. Skinner is how much he influenced the field of Psychology, and the denial of the MIND of Man as he promoted Intellectualism, and a denial of the emotions of Man.

Behavioral "psychology" is pure intellectualism, which is a denial of the MIND of Man. And it is also a denial of what the ancient Greeks gave the world many ages ago as "Psychology"!
