A detailed explanation of PT.S.D. and what it is?

 First of all... it is a most complex phenomenon... in that it is centered in the MIND, and thus, it eludes those who are confined to the brain and thinking, and to physical illness and drugs.  If one's brain could discover a means by which he or she could achieve some form of intellectual dialogue... we might be able to be more helpful to those who suffer from PTSD.  But, as I say, this malady is essentially a mental illness... but today the term "Mental" has very little meaning.  Modern psychology has pretty much eliminated the MIND of Man in its intellectual approach to "mental" illness.

 

I'm sorry about the tiny print.  But it sort of gets the message across.  My point is to simply tie my presence on X, with my new [as of today] series of blogs about the phenomenon of PTSD.

In order to properly address PTSD, we have to of necessity learn something about the MIND, and how it controls what we think, do, feel, and wonder about?  And that means a short period spent discussing the MIND of Man, and how it operates, and why it does what it does?

We begin that tomorrow.
