How Does One Find Reality, when it is Invisible?

Might we agree that by use of one's readily available physical senses one is unable to find that which is invisible to one's physical senses?  If this is the case, what would you suggest we do?

Is this something to think about?  In  one's old age?

Hint:  What do the great Mystics suggest?  They recommend one go "Within" oneself via meditation.  What would you suggest? Actually, The Mystics are quite correct... If one can find a great Mystic?
