Note: The "Whole Human Being" is illustrated by my sketch of "The Whole of Man":
Circles 2, 3 and 4 are all invisible to one's brain and one's physical senses. And we "think" we know all we are able to know via our brain and our physical senses contained in circle #1, or the physical dimension.
The "Whole" of Man includes all four circles, three of which are invisible to the brain, which is a most complex muscle located in the skull. And each circle represents a separate realm of existence... which means consisting of a range of vibrations unique to itself. One's brain is removed from one's Soul, which is removed from one's MIND, which is composed of two separate dimensions, referred to as the Astral Realm, and the Causal Realm. Confusing? Of course it is. Three of the realms are invisible to our physical senses. Otherwise, everyone would know this... and they don't.
In fact, many "mystics" believe what I have just written, but precious few have actually experienced this Reality. They know about it intellectually [abstractly], but not experimentally... because to KNOW this as the experience of one's Soul... one's Soul must travel to other dimensions of one's "Whole"... and this requires the assistance of a Perfect Living Master [or a Soul sent into the Creation specifically to "help Souls that have been chosen by God to begin their journey back Home]! And this is not known in the West, except by a limited number of people.
But, back to "sadness". How does one even begin to awaken to the fact that one's Soul is longing for it's Creator? We have been stuck in the Creation for such a long time... that we have forgotten entirely what I have just shared with the reader. And those who are aware of what I just wrote fall into a category of people whose Souls are being instructed in what a Soul must do to even prepare for the journey back to God. The Path I am aware of is called "Sant Mat"... or path of the Saints.
An excellent book that introduces this "PATH" is called "The Path of the Masters," by Julian P. Johnson.
So, when we experience a bit of sadness... at what we may see in life [or hear about] subtly stimulates what is going on deep within us [at a fully non-conscious level] ... a subtle reminder of one's own Soul and it's long-lost memory of it's own HOME. But our MIND dutifully grabs hold of our emotion -- emotional energy is the domain of the MIND-- and our MIND diverts our thoughts to the things of this physical plane, and our Spiritual Memory is submerged, once again.
And what Man possesses that can perceive the Whole of MAN is referred to as "Intuition," which is an aspect of one's Consciousness... which is another term for one's Conscious Awareness, which I believe is what constitutes what we refer to as "Consciousness". But then, we Souls have been lost in the Creation for such a long time [who knows how many eons?]
eon? Webster's...eon, n. 1. An indefinitely long period of time: an age. 2. The longest division of geologic time, containing two or more" eras." Era 2. A distinctive or notable period of time. Millions of years, or perhaps more? No one knows for sure?
Were you aware that every living thing possesses a Soul? From the single cell, to the Human Being, which is the highest level of creature in the Creation. And the entire Creation is operated under the rule of the Law of Karma... which God Created for this purpose. " As you sow, so shall you reap"... is the most apt definition of the Law of Karma.
I will likely end this blog with blog #3, in a couple days.
Peace, 1 Brother James
